Eating nuts was tied to a lower risk of dying from cancer and heart disease, in a landmark 30-year Harvard study. A bonus? They also tended to offer a slimmer waist, and a lowered risk of dying from other causes as well.

Do like eating a carb with your meal, well rice is a great and easy way to go. Cook it with chicken stock, veg stock, or even water with a little humus. Also can prepare it with cilantro or coconut flakes all which are better than butter. Remember small amounts.
If you were to drink just one can of a sugar-sweetened soft drink every day, and not cut back on calories elsewhere, you could gain up to 5 pounds in a year.
- Want to start losing weight, I have a great idea. Stop eating dunkin donuts, wawa, and McDonald's for breakfast.. Not a good way to start your day.
