Juice cleanses

For parents and children, especially children supplementing a meal with a juice cleanse is not adequate. It is certainly better than sugary drinks, but not a substitution for a well balanced meal.

I have one recommendation for all that ask me a very similar question. “Which is the best diet out there?” I do not believe in dieting, I believe in a change of lifestyle. If you change the way you eat and exercise, everything else with follow. Concentrate on fruits, veggies, small portions, and the less processed the better. Exercise on a daily basis, even if it is only 20 mins long. All of these simple concepts will change your mood and the way you feel about yourself.
